The web tells me that I have to restore my password. How is it done?
We have changed the web for a much more powerful and reliable one. In order for you to be able to watch the video lessons you bought or rented, we have migrated all the data except, logically, your password, that only you can see. That's why you have to re-enter it or change it if you prefer. To do this, follow the following instructions:
- Click on the Student Area button located in the upper right part of the web to display the user options.
- Click on Login to access the access form.
- Below the boxes for entering an email and password, you will find a button with the caption: Forgot your password? that will lead you to the password reset form.
- Enter the email with which you registered on the web and the system will send you an email with a secure link so you can regenerate your password.
I have already bought my lesson, but I can not find where to watch it.
To be able to watch the videos, you must access the Students Area using the button located in the upper right part of the web. If you have already logged in, a button with your username will be visible. Click on it to access your personal area where you will find all the information related to your account. In the event that the session is not started you will find the button Login that will take you directly to your personal area after entering your email account and password.
Inside your personal area you will find the option “My Online courses”, which will lead you to the list of online classes you have available. Press the play button to watch the lesson you want.
How many times can I see my lesson?
In either the two versions, buy or rent, you can watch the video lessons as many times as you want. If you have rented the lesson for three months at the end of this period, you will not be able to watch it anymore. If you have chosen to purchase it, you will be able to see them without a time limit.
I have rented a lesson, but now I would like to buy it indefinitely. Should I buy it again?
Not necessarily. Get in touch with us so that we can give you a bonus to change the status of your lesson just for the difference in price.
I have bought the lessons that have been published, but now I see that you offer the subscription to the full course at a more advantageous price. Can I change my status and switch to subscription?
In principle you cannot do it. But do not worry. We will make a special price in the sixth lesson for subscribers who have purchased the previous lessons, so that you will not be penalized.
